Process:
I opened a new 12x12 document. I put a SolidPaper on it, but the color was finally painted with one color of the AnnaColor challenge. That's right for the photo. I opened the photo, then set my blending to Pin Light. So it got a bit of a drawing effect. Two PaperTextures were used to emphasize the water. Then I put the Spring WordART Mix 2 WT under the textures.
I placed the flower, layered the APPSashay overlay under its stem, put another one on top and blending them too. I put a wallpaper on the flower and a WA and "Budapest, Hungary" on the left. I've created these with Layer Style.
