Process: A Solid Paper was placed on top of the Background Layer, with a color adjustment via the hue/Saturation Slider (Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation). Transfers were placed on top of the Background PaperTransfers and Paper Textures were placed on top of the Background Papers, before the group of Frames from MultiMedia Frames 12 was dragged onto the Layout. Images and Papers were clipped to the Frame mask layers. A pink silhouette was placed below the Frames with FotoGlows behind it. A WordART cluster and Dimensional elements were added on top of the Layers Panel. A Levels Adjustment Layer brightened the page along with a FotoGlow placed on top of the Layers with a Multiply Blending Mode applied. Splatters and some journaling completed the page.
