One of the things that I have wanted to do is to take up roller skating. It's become a thing now and I remember how much I enjoyed it...in grade school. It is not like riding a bike where you just jump right in and all is well. At least not for me. It has been a hot minute and there are muscles that have not been used in a very long time. Plus balance and such. But I don't like "working out" and there is always the saying "do what you love". I'll get there. It's cardio for sure.
