narrow-gauge railway 3 ft. 6 in.
BOREAS was the purple-winged god of the north wind, one of the four seasonal Anemoi (Wind-Gods). He was also the god of winter who swept down from the cold mountains of Thrake (Thrace), chilling the air with his icy breath.

Journaling:
There was a boxcar on a stretch of narrow-gauge track, and we went inside. It was so small compared to the ones on the Union Pacific. There were a lot of buildings, pieces of equipment, and interpretive signs about the long-disappeared railroad. We had lunch at the Rio Grande in Frisco.
great photo and framing, love the "worn" look of everything, appropriate for the subject. great echo of green!

Wow, just 3 ft. 6 in....I didn't know they made trains that narrow! Your framing really emphasizes the angles of the rails!
