Process
I started with Travel Template Album 2 page 18. I want to keep the pages of our Maine trip consisted and will be using some of the same supplies on the different pages, such as the background paper, edge overlay, inclusion of label words, the eyelets anchoring the photos and the acrylic letters. I duplicated one of the frame sets so that there would be three for the photos. From there I clipped my photos to the frame masks. The saturation of the photos was increased. It was very foggy that day and I wanted the beautiufl colors of the boats to show. The large photo was clipped to the large fotoblendz mask. The blending mode of the mask was changed to multiply. An old map of the area was downloaded from the internet and layered under all the photos. A layer mask was added to the large fotoblendz mask and with a soft brush, areas around the boat were brushed out. This allowed the map to show through. The blending mode of the compass was changed to color burn and duplicated. A map overlay was layered over the map with the blending mode changed to color burn. Embellisments, paint splatters and word art were added to complete the page.
