it's true...i don't often allow my girls to have suckers and candy, but today we had to spend hours in the car setting up utilities and signing countless papers for our new apartment. by the evening, as we sat in the insurance office, evangeline had had enough. a woman in the insurance office handed eva a lollipop and i was more than happy to let her have it. is it good for her? no. but it was good for me. some days a mommy needs a little bit of peace.
