My grandmother Lea got pregnant with her 3rd child, my mom, as an advice of her doctor who claimed that she was too slim and only with a pregnancy it could change to a normal weight. Never heard that solution before, but somehow it worked. In the up photo my mom was already 6 years old, my aunt Ana 13, and my uncle Mario 16 years old. They used to go for Vacation to Piriapolis, Uruguay. In the central picture
my grandfather Isaias is sitting with his arms cross and looks very distant from the others, who knows why...maybe they had a fight before taking the picture, I will never know. The photo was taken before my mother was born, my aunt was just 5 years old and my uncle was 8. So amazing to look at these old pictures and the people that with them I share my blood and owe my existence.
In the lower corner my grandparents are alone with their 2 kids. These pictures were taken before the second world war, before all the family that stayed in Poland was murdered by the Nazis. Nobody was left.
