Blending Practice

Asticou Pond

Supplies:
AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteAblaze_SolidPaper1.jpg (layer mask added and duplicated)
Blended the top copy of the paper using a low opacity and then blended the bottom of the paper using a higher opacity
grunge-LSattgast-12.jpg (Blend mode, Linear burn, 80% opacity)
AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteAblaze_SolidPaper3.jpg(changed blend mode to soft light)
AASPN_MultiMedia:eaves3+1.psd
AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteAblaze_EdgeOverlay.png (Re-colored to match the shrub on the edge)
AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteAblaze_Brush8.png (color adjusted to match the shrub on the edge)
Branch brush from ArtPlay PaletteAblaze (color adjusted)
AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteAblaze_Transfer2.png (Resized for photo)

I tried using the gradient tool to adjust the color of the paper, but was not able to control the changes to be different on each side. So, did it with the brush. A very basic puzzle technique, I think.

Thank you for looking.
A beautiful autumn photo. I love your cluster in the lower right corner. Beautiful layout.
