Journaling reads: Without fail, no matter what I wear, no matter where I am, the things that bug me the most about myself are my now-flabby tummy, my eye wrinkles, my big arms, and my even more humongo legs. Sigh! Yes, I can control these with exercise and diet and a dollop of cream or collagen, but whos got the time nowadays?!? Make time? Sure, easier said than done. I try, I really try, but most of the time its just easier to let go.
