A BIRTHday I celebrate every year.

Journaling:
When I left home for college I would have never guessed how much my life would change. After my high school sweetheart of three years broke my heart I found comfort and peace in the most unexpected place. I was never religious, but when I was in need I found Him. I laugh and smile remembering the day I was washed clean of all my sins, after the amount of repentance that went into my prayers, I finally felt whole. But aside from the wonderful religious experience you thought you were going to hear I will share with you one of the most embarrassing moments of my life, thats right, found right in the middle of all of my joy! I have to say that eight years ago I was thin with nice curves, I loved my body! Well on the day of my baptism I guess something everyone forgot to mention I would be wearing white and dunked in water...getting the picture? Thats right, I went into the water and when I emerged the entire audience got a wonderful look at my lime green matching underwear set! I was quickly whisked into a changing room, but it is still something we chuckle about. But in all seriousness, the day of my baptism is a day I celebrate along with my dear friend Jeff who took the plunge right before me. We just celebrated our eighth BIRTHday!
