Sarah arranged this surprise birthday bash for Mike.
I flew up to spend a few days with Kris & family then go to surprise him.
Everything had to be done the day of his party. I helped her as much as I could
Tent co had set up the tents., T got 2 loads of pallets for bonfire, Tables, chairs, the band set up,
port-a-potty delivered, cupcake table set up. She had head pics of him made into signs
so we put them along the street. I bought black balloons, she had signs made with the
schedule, bar was sent up. Ice delivered. Games for the kids and she had a reptile show
for the kids but many adults loved it too, they got to touch them. The wood fired pizza truck
had to set up and start his oven. Pizza for 100 people. She had parking attendants
that made sure all the cars were hidden when he got home from work. She had
entry stickers made so Reed went around passing them out to everyone as they got there.
Collen set up the board with the schedule on it.several people came to help
her including her brother Tyler so I had a good time with him.She invited 100 people
but only 80 ish could make it.One of the last things delivered was the ice sculpture of the mustang that was his first project car.
