Process:
ArtPlay Palette Brimming Strip Paper was placed on the canvas, the size was reduced 75% and placed in the lower left corner of the page, and duplicated. The second copy was moved to the right side of the page, then both copies were duplicated and moved up top, to create narrower striped paper. All 4 layers were merged into one.
APP Brimming psd frame was placed, the mask recolored to white, and transfer overlay 2 was placed over the mask.
In the layers panel beneath the frame, Palette transfers 1 and 3, splatter, and AASPN SnowSprinkles, AASPN aASubscriber Snow Overlay, and AASPN MultiLayered FotoBlendz5_4 (recolored to white, duplicated and rotated) were placed and arranged around and under the frame.
WA6_1 was placed on the frame mask and transfer.
Palette berries, button and owl, and WA beads finished the page.
