I used some artistic Filters on the photo.
In a new document I stamped a brush from ArtsyCameras No. 4. I placed a photo mask of MM Frames no 4 in the oval of the brush and clipped a photo to it. I placed the frame over it. I rotated it. I placed the background paper. I placed some more brushes from ArtsyCameras No. 4. I clipped a copy of the photo to it with Gaussian blur to get a perfect color match and multiple colors. I placed the wordart from Photo HandScript No. 1, and did the same, I clipped the photo with blur on it. I placed all the transfers and brushes, some colored, under the photo. I placed the stitched frame and recolored it. I placed the backgroundpaper and made a white vignette above that layer.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening!
