I love this photo effect! Can you tell us about it?

I made a stamp of my photo! In the filters panel go to artistic filters-sketch-stamp
Play with it untill you get the right amount of black info! Then remove the white color and make a PNG of your photo! Now you can paint with brush or clip a paper on it! That's the basic!
