Started with an Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Believe
Placed Photo and blended using Brushes & Blending Modes
Placed Frame and clipped my photo, added a transfer and applied blending modes
Added UrbanThreadz
Placed Believe WordART , added color and a stroke style
Finished with ArtPlay Palette Believe Brushes and Elements
