I made some color enhancements to the photo with the Curves Adjustmentlayers.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a photomask. I placed a backgroundpaper. I placed all the Artsybits and Pieces and elements. (some under and some also over the photo.) I filled the other mask with solid pink color and placed it on the backgroundlayer. I gave it a bit of Gaussian blur. I placed the transformed frames and filled them with a paper. (Made a clippingmask) I placed the wordarts on top of the paper.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work. Also I gave the page a warm photofilter at 10%. (You will find that option in the Adjustmentlayers)
