Build cluster in background on right side of page:

white/grey elp brush6, camera pwb 5, elp pen
Scatter in background along with elp brush 3 flowers
Grey 'Times' (with narrow black stroke) offset and overlapping Black "Old" for title
Place word art near lower left corner.
Add year above the photo.
