Supplies

First I processed my photograph by running various filters on it from the filter gallery.

I dragged the photograph onto a solid paper from the palette duplicated it and clipped it to 2 different Fotoblendz overlays.

Brushes were stamped and various elements from ALT No.291 were placed.

WordART and embellishments were added.

Finally I added a tape texture to highlight the text.
