A three day journey to learn about Bal-a-Vis-X. I knew I would get a chance to try some of the techniques. I did not realize that I would spend three days chasing these little balls as I learned about rhythm, flow and coordination and how it interacted with learning, focus and balance. I also learned I frequently have cheerleader claps and worked hard to develop proper form. I learned the joy of participating in an amazing group activity where were able to make beautiful music. What an amazing experience.
