My silly kids on the first day of school

The first day of the new school year. Of course
I had to get a few shots of the both of you, like
always. How funny it was the difference in your
attitudes: Rachel, all excited & willing to pose for photo after photo; Jacob, so wholly unenthused
& reluctant that I virtually had to beg & plead
for even a few quick shots. Wow, what a huge
difference from first to fourth grade! The
contrast in your faces in this shot says it all!
