I made an extraction of the lady. I duplicated it twice and did an inky outline of her. I also clipped a paper to a duplicate of the photo.
I opened the layers in a new document. I placed a background paper. I added all the transfers and brushes. Trying to follow the lines in the image. I played with the Blendmodes. I colored some brushes in. I extracted the letters from the wordstrip. I placed some strokes for more movement. I played with the photolayers and the Blendmodes until I achieved the result that I was after.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
