Process
A solid paper from APP Heraldry was used as the foundation of the page. A clipping mask was made and the images in the TV were attached. The cracked screen on the TV was extracted and placed on a separate layer with the blending mode changed to hard light (reduced opacity) to allow for transparency. Transfers from the kit were placed behind the TV. An artsy paper from the kit was clipped to the image of the Capitol building, duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light. The page was completed by adding MM Magic Sprinklez, word art and a crown.
