The Process: From ArtPlay Palette Time, I began with the background paper, and added the 4 frames, angling them slightly. I added a number of transfers from the kit, changing their blend modes. I added the hinge in between the frames, and Urban Stitchez to the outside edges of the frames. I added the remaining elements, and WordART. I then added the title, raterized it, and then making two copies, masked out on one copy, the title portion that was on the background paper, and then did the same for the other, where it was on the photos, moving the title around a bit to make it look like the title was hand stamped. I found the ANT clip art online, and duplicated it through the photos and the title, adding the individual words of the song under the ants. I finished the page by adding another photograph to the background paper, placing it on blend mode Luminocity, and then reducing its opacity to about 40%. Although I was going to go with 4 black and white photos, I used sepia toned photos, and kept the 4th one in color. I added the edge overlays, and then added the chevron paper just above the background paper, placing it on blend mode Darken, masking all of it out, but then painting in just a bit above and below the photo strips.
