I have lots of wedding photos I want to play with, but Im always drawn to the photos which are not traditional types of photos and ones that seem to tell a story within the photo itself..this is one of those cool photos to me. This is my non-traditional version of a wedding page. (Planning to print this one on slate.thats not traditional either!)

Page Process-
The Artsy LT No. 202 was revised.

I first turned off all layers (click on the icon next to each layer to turn it on and off from view) except the photo frames, masks, and shadow layers.

The photo frames, masks and shadows were shifted and resized. Next the four photo masks were selected and merged to create one photo mask.

The photo was clipped to the now single photo mask and the photo was resized and shifted to visually fit within the clipping mask. I decided I liked the photo better without the frames because they separated each of the four individuals and without the frames the photo flowed better.

Light Leaks were added to the bottom of the layers palette. Everything between the photo + mask + shadow layers is still turned off at this point. The color burn saturation and vivid light blending modes were applied to the Light Leaks.

I then began to turn the layers of the Artsy Layered Template- textures and paint and artstrokes back on. I moved some layers around and used all or portions of it. I resized. I tucked some so only pieces were visible. I deleted other. Just a play as you go method.

WordART and elements were added in to create a fun feel to the page and add even more texture.

The black label on the edge is the edge of a frame used to add a bit of formal to the messy page and to allow the name and date to stand out.

Every page wedding page needs metal..so staples and the heart photo turn were added.

The overlay edge was recolored from the photo and the color burn blending mode was applied to add a bit more depth around the edge of the page.
