Process: I started with a template from Artsy Layered Template No. 150. I placed an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Splash as the background. Then I added my photo and clipped it to the frames. I extracted parts of the photo and added a shadow created in its own layer. I placed the bathing ring fromStained SkribbleSummer No. 2 and with a new layer, I colored it with a brush set to the blend mode Soft Light. I added brushes, overlays and transfers from ArtPlay Palette Splash and recolored almost all into white or blue. I did the same with the layers on the template. I finished the page with embellishments from ArtPlay Palette Splash and wrote the title
