I started with a background paper from ArtPlayMiniPalette Milestone.I layered brushed on stains, and overlays first.Next I imported my image duplicated three times. I used the brush, mask technique to mask out portions. Then on the next layers of the image,I changed the middle layer blending mode to screen and the top layer of the image to soft light.I added more stains on separate layers and the gold paint overlay which I used Cmd +B to adjust the color to a more brownish tone. The JazzedUpLoopDaLoops were placed, some layers were deleted and the fotoglow was enlarged. Transfers and overlays were used on the page beneath the image and above it,adjusting opacity as needed. I placed the button and MultiMedia Branches psd file to the right of the image, deleting some layers and resizing. The button was added to this cluster.I used font=Rat Infested MailBox to create my title.
I never tire of Cardinal photos. Gorgeous page! Perfect placement of the loop and pine bough.

Thank you for letting us know the font you used for the title - I was going to ask for that!

No apologies needed. This is a beautiful work of art. I see a Cardinal Book in your future. ;) I love that font, despite the name of it, and use it a lot (probably too much!). Nice grungy border.

She seems very content and pleased with herself perched Just so. The cardinal adds such a burst of color (especially the male) in the dreariest days of winter. You always create the most wonderful compositions with
Your frequent visitors.

Lovely lift! Wonderful font, love the cluster with the pine sprig. And the artstrokes!

I love seeing the cardinals, we don't have them here, I used to watch them all the time at my feeder in MD. Especially nice to appreciate the colors of the female. really nice masking!
