The photo treatment was done first in a separate document, using a background of ArtPlay Palette Summer Breeze. The photo is treated with the 'find edges' filter, with a curves adjustment, vector mask and watercolor brushes, then another copy of the photo was used just for the faces, in hard light mode and more vector masking to let some color through.

This was placed onto a new page using Abstract FotoBlendz mask and another paper from APP Summer Breeze.
I am loving using the multimedia documents as frames! Bits and pieces of Artsy Transfers Behold were used to round out the background.
I used one of the brushes from Travel Sampler Paris and beveled and embossed it in the corner with a postmark. Word art from APP Find my Way and Travel Sampler Paris.
