I love watercolors and Anna's new watercolor brushes are wonderful.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 3 from APP Amidst as my background. I created a mask by duplicating brush No. 3 twice from the new brush set ArtsyPaint No. 14. I rotated the duplicate and moved it slightly over. Merged the brushes and clipped my photo to it. Using these brushes as a mask also gave the photo a softer, watercolor look. Duplicate the original photo twice, and inverted masked in more color on the bird, set one on screen blend mode, the other on color burn, both at 18%. I then added more ArtsyPaint brushes around and under the focal art. I recolored them and reduce their opacity to what looked good. I added PaperTexture No. 6, brush 9 to the right, it looked like a soft edge. I then added a transfer from APP Amidst making it look like it was part of the branch. Also added two threads from the new Urban Threads No. 15 for added interest. The quote was the finishing touch.
