APP Halcyon Solid Paper 5 creates the foundation of this design. Under Enhance >Adjust Lighting,the Levels were adjusted to darken the layer. Multiple copies of the Photo and the Artsy Paper 4 were clipped to layer of FotoBlendz Overlays. The Photo was adjusted to HardLight Blending Mode. Splatters 3-11 was colored with a layer fill. The Light Leaks was added and adjusted.
