I thought I would take another whack at Adryane's wonderful color challenge. I also had some time on my hands,so I did my favorite thing... experimented with Anna's beautiful ART products...I love going through papers and seeing what I can come up with using blending modes..I am usually surprised and sometimes it takes many tries to come up with something I like.

I started with blending two papers for the background. I used APP barren sunrise for the bottom layer, then APP bask for the second layer and used blending mode soft light.I layered a transfer from APP Daffodil next and the I layered several of the files from AK elegance.A Flutterby FotoBlendz was next, recolored and opacity reduced to 42%.Next I imported two images, placed a mask, then used ArtsyStains to brush back parts of the two images. The next layer was a paper from APP Special One,blending mode color burn.
I then layered an overlay from APP Daffodil and reduced the opacity to 43%.Another overlay from APP Daffodil was then duplicated. The title was from an Edgar Allan Poe poem and I used font little sparrow to create this.Using brushes,I stamped over the design with colors sampled using the color picker tool.I added another paper from APP Tangier set to blend mode color burn and I was happy with the mess. I finished with the button from APP Tangier.
