Im not making these colors up. These are untouched photos representing natures work. The Japanese maples are particularly spectacular, this giant red specimen spotted at 19th and Thompson. Im particularly fond of oak leaves. Their colors are a bit more subtle, and in fact some just turn brown, but I love their form. We still have a few roses blooming in the back yard, they seem to be particularly fragrant at this time of year. In short, fall is
spectacular in Portland.
