Process:
Place masked photo on bg paper.
Place transfers under photo.
Clip red solid APP Simplicity paper to word art
Place word art over photo
Place text in contrasting color over word art
Add washi tape, flower, buttons
Clip navy paper to loop and place over top (erased part of loop that interfered with photo)
Added Doily Overlay, shadowed it, and erased the sides leaving some of the edge at top and bottom
