Process
Artsy paper 6 from APP Shine was used as the background. The photo was processed through an app on my iPhone (Brush Stroke) and was clipped to a fotoblendz layer mask. The posterized filter was applied to the palm trees and the blending mode was changed to vivid light. An inverted mask was added and portions of the photo that I didnt want were brushed out or hidden. An overlay from APP Shine was layered over the photo. Embellishments, brushes, word art were added. A composite image was made with the blending mode changed to color burn with a reduced opacity to give the page a richer color. A layer mask was added and with an artsy brush was used to lighten some of the image.
