One of my favorite APP is City Limit's. It's flashy colors fitted the photo well. I processed the photo with Find edges filter in color as in BW. That created no edges (the photo was too blurry) but a psychedelic effect. (unfortunately Anna doesn't created a APP Psychedelic )
