Similar to my last beach page design, just flipped, with a blended photo on the right, and FotoInspired Frames on the left (page 4). Clipped photos and Artsy Kardz Spindrift to the frames. Lots of time choosing and placing elements. Final step - clipped labels out of the color swatch, added tape to them (thanks to Miki for this idea), adding time of day (1942 report).
This was just before a big storm blew in and we actually got real rain! Thanks, choosing and changing notions has become a favorite (although time consuming, since I don't know when to stop).
