New FotoInspired must mean it's time for a garden journal update. A lot has happened in a month! - a new palm, great growth in the bunny-ear cactus, a poinsettia blooming, and a new generation of coleus. A lot going on, but simple process - drag in pages (3M Page 8 on the left), fill frames and masks, levels adjustment) - on the right - duplicate frame, add Hinge frame and a Hinge FotoBlendz for the poinsettia. Then embellish, add Transfers, journal, and check for consistency with previous pages. Created the "PLANTS" and "GARDEN" labels from the "HERE" label by using the Spot Healing tool to blank out the text, which left some nice texture behind.
As a final step, I added a while fill layer above all the background at about 40% to help the plants pop off the busy background.
