NEW ArtPlay Uncanny Collection, in store today.
This page, featuring my annular eclipse day, uses primarily the
Uncanny Artsy Layered Template.
All layers from the ALT were brought in to the left side of the page, with the right side filled with an Uncanny Solid paper.
I enlarged the photo frames a bit and clipped my "sharp shadow" photos.
On the left I added the journal, with two copies of the sunset photo (1 normal, 1 Overlay), then the Uncanny Frame, with 2 copies of the sun's pinhole images.
On the bottom I blended the sunset photo (that line of birds is real - hundreds of pelicans flying across the sunset in seemingly sinusoidal formation!) with Uncanny FotoBlendz, supplemented with Uncanny Brushes.
Title filled with Orange for a visual Triangle.
"Shadows" word created from letters in Uncanny WordArt, with huge shadows on some of the letters (same shadow on bird, which is just whimsical and fun, and very appropriate since crows are about the only land bird we have here).
As a final step I brought in another copy of the pinhole photo, all those lines from a concrete wall adding movement, texture and interest.
