ArtPlay MiniPalette Lilt
process: I began with solid paper 1 from the palette,then added AT and transfers. I made copies of some of the transfers,recolored via color picker tool then rotated them. I used inverted masking on my image,the brushes from the palette above that. I then placed the frame,bird,button,ribbon and word label.I finished with splatters,some recolored,wordART and a BT from an additional WordART collection.
