One of the things I like about scenic layouts is they're quick ;-)
I left the background white since it would be mostly covered, adding 2 artsy papers on the left, edges blended.
Scenic Template Album 11 Page 7 fills the page - I even stretched it a bit for more coverage; clipped the photo and only a few placement tweaks.
Also stretched out the frame and duplicated it so I could include 2 photos.
The huge lupine on the right is an extraction with a drop shadow. The lace is colored green, Bevel & Emboss added.
Scenic word art, with a slight blue multiply adjustment on the beads.
