This is my lift of Kim's page...it was so perfect for my story, I intended to shamelessly copy it and be done. 3-4 days later . . . :-) But thanks, Kim, for the perfect starting point. I used the same collections (Ludiosis, Fabric), title, houses cluster, cars. On the right I blended my house photo with a Ludiosis FotoBlendz. Behind this I blended another photo of the location of the house (provided by MLS) in Overlay mode...note the same Santa Monica Bay and Palos Verdes Peninsula you see in most of my beach photos). Key to the coloration is Ludiosis Solid Paper 3 placed over most of the layout in Hue mode. And a happy accident...I had already placed the title and cluster of houses/notions, then I created a text path for my journaling, and it looked a bit like a map of California...so, I found a map outline (Freepik), blended it in Darker Color mode, then warped the text box to fit :-)
