process: I used ap4 as my base,then added transfer,overlays,stains,splatters and a brush. I made 2 copies of the image,clipping one to the fotoblendz of the frames in the collection,then duplicating the frame and adding a copy with a slight rotation.The second image was clipped to a hipster plume with some adjusting.An AT hipster plume was placed over the hair of the first image and another was recolored and placed over the compass embellishment.Splatters,wordART,embellishments from the app were placed.I extracted the heart from the boat element and used it beside the flower. Splatters were placed,duplicated,some parts erased and re-colored.Blending modes were applied and opacities were tweaked on some layers. Image from Adobe Stock
