process: I used ArtsyPaper1 as my base,one image clipped to mask in GadaboutFotoBlendz1_2.GadaboutFotoBlendz1_5 was duplicated three times and recolored from sampled color in inmage. Behind the image,I placed the BonusPolaroidFrame with shadow applied.I used the TravelWordARTClusters2-SinCity and duplicated the splatters with a color change and slight erasing.MultiMediaCity2_2 was placed on the right side and the splatters were duplicated with slight erasing. I finished with UT34_1,_3 and used the edges of the elements crackle frame at both lateral edges.

My nearest town( about 11 miles away) is undergoing a giant downtown renovation and this image is of some buildings on a side street that will be rented. The improvements are magnificent as the downtown had deteriorated severely over the years.
