process: I used sp2 as my base,then added the dotted overlay.Building the page,I added Transfers from the app 2,3,5.Next I merged FB 1,2,3 and clipped my image to that.I duplicated the Paper layer and placed both layers to the bottom edge of my design.From the photostripframes1,I used the UT and rose and blue buttonfrom the app to form a cluster,also adding UT21.
I placed the element SunGoldFoilDot to the upper right,to mimic the sun.To complete,I made a wordARTCluster from ChangeWAM1.tfl
