I used a plain paper for my foundation. On top of that I placed a transfer and an Artsy Transfer with some layers turned off. The tag and metal corner are from the elements. I used a Downtown Foto Blendz No 1 for my photo of a flamingo. On top I placed the splatters from textures. The title is from Downtown Word Art No 1. Thank you for looking.
