Inspiration – I attended the Cumberland State Fair this week and one thing I really love is horse pulling. I have lots of pictures so why not create a page.
Start – New>File 12x12 300.
Paper – I placed Solid Paper 1 over the background layer then added the Solid Paper5 above with a blend mode of color burn.
Photos – I placed a picture where the horses are straining to pull the blocks on the page and blended it into the page.
Transfers – I placed transfer 5 under the photo to help contain the photo and added overlay two on top of Solid paper 1 made a duplicate and changed the color to more of a reddish color using Ctrl U. Added a mask and masked out some of the red so the original color showed. A word transfer was placed on the page under the elements.
Elements – Used the paper heart and multimedia branch 5.5.
Title – Used the wordart “Big fun” as my title.
Journaling – typed a quote about horses.
Brushes – Used Painted leaves 3.3 and 3.6 under the title.
