Theres kind of a funny story behind the title of this lo. It had a completely different one, originally, Youre the One, from the song, but I printed one out to check for errors and kept humming this old cowboy tune my father used to sing, Angels in Heaven Know I Love You. That may not even be the nameRoses love sunshine, Violets love dew Angels in Heaven. When I realized what I was humming, I almost started laughing! When I was in high school, living at home, my dad knew the surest, easiest way to get me to hang up the phonein the days when kids didnt have their own number, was to bring out his guitar and start singing some hokey cowboy tunereal loud! SLAM! That phone went down after a few bars in a heartbeat, because as that one song saysit was when County Wasnt Cool! lol! Funny, how one thought leads to another and another. To clear any misconceptions, he was the perfect mix of urban cool and rural warm and could play any modern piece by ear that we had him listen to. Other than the phone, we all had a blast singing with him. Wed gather round, his Fender in his lap and amp at his side, and bellow out tunes, laughing and having a great timerockin out at least once or twice a week and almost always on Saturdays after we grew up and moved from home. All their friends also like to come to the house and have sing-a-longs, before Karaoke. To clear any misconceptions, NO, I dont have a particularly good voice, but love jammin out in the car with the volume turned to screamin!!! Hmmmm..see how this description got so far away from my precious Tristan, which is where it began! LOL!!! Have you ever stopped to realize happy you are when scrapping? .whether gazing at loved ones, thinking about something on the philosophical side, or merely being creativeable to release your creative genes with the freedom to express your emotions. Its a wonderful hobby (who am I kidding?) Its an obsession!
All these pictures were taken of my little sweetie, my grandson Tristan a few months ago in Disneyland and California Adventureand YES, I DO realize youve seen that center picture several times. I just love looking at it! Hee hee!
