This is an old photo from my husband's side of the family. Andrew is his mother's grandfather on her father's side. Amy is his mother's grandmother on her mother's side. They were both widowed and decided to marry each other in their 90s!

Process
Artsy paper 4 from APP Forget Me Not was used as the base of the page. A photo of Buffalo Square (c 1900s) was downloaded from the internet and layered over the paper with the blending mode changed to color burn, duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light (reduced opacity). An old family photo from my husbands side was layered onto the page (no adjustments made). A custom shadow was added. Transfers and brushes from the kit were layered on (blending mode changed to color burn). Embellishments and stitchez were added to complete the page.
