Process:
Used Dry Brush filter on both photos; then on the canal photo, I duplicated the photo, color burned it and reduced the color burned layer to 28% and then merged the two layers. Clipped photos to masks.Filled the rest of the template masks with paper. Added doily, alpha, button, clock, and border topped with stitching.
