I gave the photo a color treatment. I used the History Brush and some Artistic Filters from photoshop on the photo.
In a new document I clipped the photo and a duplicate to 2 FotoBlendz Overlays. I placed the backgoundpaper. I placed all the brushes and transfers. I used Color Overlay on some brushes. I placed the elements and the WordArt. I made a square filled with 25 white pixels for the frame. I gave it some shadow.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work. I gave the page some Vibrance.
