Text effect from NBK Designs

Process

Using a photograph of David Bowie I created the painty image using the Adobe Create Painterly action.

I then added it to a solid paper then clipped it to a FotoBlendz.

Transfers were added around and underneath the image.

Finally I added some journaling using a style effect from NBK designs.
